Scholarship Schemes/Loans

Ministry of Tribal Affairs, GoI, implementation of "Scholarship Scheme for Higher Education of Scheduled Tribe (ST) students" covers IIIT Manipur to provide full tuition fee, admission fee and non-refundable charges along with stipend and allowances for books, stationaries and computer accessories.

Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, GoI, Implementation of Top class education scheme for OBC, EBC, DNT during the year 2022-23 will provide full tution fee and non refundable charges with a ceiling of 2.00 Lakhs per annum per student

IIIT Manipur has collaborated with Canara Bank to assist the needy and meritorious students who are in need of education Loan upto 30 Lakhs

IIIT Manipur features under the List C (Sl. No. 22) of the SBI scholar loan scheme list of premier institutes whereby education loan up to Rs. 7.5 lakhs can be availed without any collateral security.

Fees payable at Institute for the admission (2024-28 batch)

The Institute fee for the first semester is Rs. 1,31,900/- (for all categories) plus hostel fees and there is NO concession in fees for OBC/ SC/ ST/ PWD/ EWS or any other category of students. Link to Fee Structure. All students must stay in campus hostels.
The JoSAA seat acceptance fee and partial admission fee and/or CSAB participation fee and seat acceptance fee excluding processing charges must be subtracted from this amount, as applicable.

Admission Cancellation & Fees Refund Policy

Important Notes

If electronic modes of payment such as Internet Banking, Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI etc. are used, the e-receipt generated may be directly used while submitting receipts. If NEFT/RTGS option is used, a copy of the remittance form containing the bank seal and sign must be used while submitting receipts.
The candidate shall receive an email from IIIT Manipur confirming their seat, after sucessful submission and verification of the submitted documents in the Goggle form. The admission process through JoSAA and CSAB is completed with this step.
