Procedure to report to IIIT Manipur
This is to inform you that the candidates have to pay the remaining balance Institutional fee along with hostel fee

as a part of enrollment to the Institute as online reporting.

Reporting to the Institute physically: 12th and 13th November 2022:
The candidates paid the above fee have to report physically at the institute on 12th / 13th November, 2022 (Saturday or Sunday), between 08:00 am and 08:00 pm without fail.
In case, any candidate fails to pay before 05:00 PM on 9th November and also fail to report to the institute on 12th/ 13th November 2022 physically,
it will be presumed that the candidates is not interested to join IIIT Senapati Manipur and his/her admission will be treated as canceled.
Dress Code for Boys and Girls
Formal Shirts with collar and full pants (any decent color) or any decent Indian traditional clothing’s are fine.

The candidates are advised to carry or purchase upon arrival the items such as winter cloths apart from normal clothes, Mosquito Net, own bed rolls (Matress) and other essential items.

the Institute on 12th / 13th November, 2022.

The candidates are requested to reach the hostel directly and report to the Hostel office first,
keep the luggages in the allotted room, fresh-up and then report to the Institute. The Institute is just
opposite to the hostels. Volunteers will guide you.
Document to be Produced at the Time of Physical Reporting for Admission to the Institute on 12th and 13th November 2022:

- 10th Class Mark Sheet and Pass Certificate
- 10+2th Class Mark Sheet and Pass Certificate

- Caste certificate for SC/ST/OBC-NCL (If applicable)
- PWD Certificate (If applicable)
- EWS certificate (If applicable)
- AADHAAR Card
- Passport size photo, two copies
- Medical fitness Certificate from Medical Officer.
On arrival candidate have to submit the following Academic related documents. The candidate are requested to download and fill the forms before reaching the institute and submit at the time of physical reporting to the Institute on 12th / 13th November, 2022.

LOCATION OF THE INSTITUTE
The institute is located at Mantripukhri near Manipur High Court, Imphal (capital city of Manipur).
The nearest Airport is Imphal Airport and it is 12 km distance from the institute. The nearest railway stations are Guwahati & Dimapur.
Limited bus services are available to Imphal from Railway Stations. The distances from the Institute are 450 km & 190 km respectively.
It is highly recommended and encouraged to travel by flight to Imphal for a comfortable reach to the Institute. Candidates can use taxis at Imphal airport and can reach the hostels within 30 minutes
